She was originally commissioned as a Missouri Notary Public in 1999, and certified as a Notary Signing Agent beginning in 2015. Since that time, we have completed over 2,000 signings (but honestly, we lost count a while ago). Our approach is grounded in clarity, professionalism, and a calm, reliable presence.Appointments are built around your needs. We offer mobile and remote online notarization (RON) options. You’ll always know what to expect, and we’ll guide you through each step.We keep things clear and on track. Yes. Our preferred platform is BlueNotary, which provides a secure and streamlined experience for remote clients. We are also registered with several other platforms approved by the Missouri Secretary of State, including DocuSign Notary, Pavaso, Proof, Stavvy, Secured Signing, SIGNiX, NotaryCam, and eNotaryLog. Remote appointments are offered anywhere allowed by state law, including anywhere in Missouri.

Yes, a valid, government‑issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) is always required. The ID must be current and match the name on your document.

No, we do not certify documents or copies of documents for any purpose. Under Missouri law, certifying copies would require the notary to retain a copy of every page in their records. For privacy, liability, and recordkeeping reasons, we do not provide this service.

Yes. We serve the St Louis Metro area. We can meet you at your home, workplace, hospital, or other convenient location.

Yes. We charge a flat mobile fee of $30 for appointments within our immediate service area. Additional charges may apply for locations outside this area, and all pricing is confirmed in advance. The travel (mobile) fee is agreed upon before the appointment, and it is separate from the notarial act fee regulated by Missouri law. It is important to note that this travel fee is neither specified nor mandated by Missouri law.

We have successfully performed well over 2,000 loan signings since 2015, ensuring accuracy and professionalism every time.

As notary signing agents, we guide you through the signing process and confirm document completeness, but we cannot provide legal or financial advice. For detailed explanations, please consult your lender or attorney.

We accept cash, all major credit cards through Square, as well as Chime and Venmo. Secure online payment options including electronic invoicing are also available, and you’ll always receive an electronic receipt for your records.

You can request an appointment through our website’s contact form, or by phone or text. We’ll confirm details and meet you at your preferred location or arrange a secure remote online notarization session.

Absolutely. We follow strict legal compliance and privacy standards, including secure record retention for remote online notarizations as required by law. Your documents and personal information are handled with care and confidentiality.

No. We do not retain client documents beyond what is legally required for RON compliance. Your privacy is always protected and important to us.

Covers travel to your preferred location. Final rate is quoted at booking and may vary depending on distance and availability. We treat every signing and document with the utmost care and discretion. Personal information shared during notary services is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond the signing itself.We do not retain copies of your documents. For in-person signings, we maintain a bound paper journal as required by Missouri law. For remote online notarizations, we are required to retain a journal entry and an audio-visual recording of the session for at least 10 years. These recordings are securely stored by the approved RON platforms we use, in compliance with state regulations.
